Delays in providing required assets or approvals may impact our delivery timelines. We work collaboratively to ensure all campaigns launch on schedule, but mutual accountability is essential for scaling your digital presence.

Limits of Liability

Upon full payment, you own the final creative assets, social media posts, and custom website designs we produce for your brand. AmpliScale Media retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, pre-existing frameworks, and developer tools used to construct your digital assets.

While we design high-converting strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, we do not guarantee specific revenue targets. Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for services rendered during the immediate billing period.
