Setup Fees & Ad Spend
Ongoing Retainer Terms
Initial campaign setup fees and direct advertising budgets allocated to external platforms are completely non-refundable once campaign assets are live. These resources are deployed immediately to secure platform distribution and reach.
Monthly social media management retainers can be canceled with a written thirty-day notice. Services and active management will continue through the end of the current billing cycle, with no partial refunds issued.
